to purchase. This way, you'll be able to see the details you'll need to provide
in order to personalize the novel (such as eye color, best friend's name, etc.).

2) Review payment and delivery information
PRICING: The cost for each book shipped within the continental United
States is $39.95 plus $4.95 for shipping &
handling, for a total of $44.90 (USD).
Orders shipped within Canada are $39.95 (CND)
plus $4.95 shipping & handling and 5% GST, for a total of
$47.15 (CND). Overseas orders
incur an additional $9.00
Air Mail shipping fee for a total of $53.90
(USD). Expedited international courier delivery is available for most overseas
countries and incurs an additional
$30.00 shipping fee for a total of $74.90.

review the information you have provided. Keep in mind, the
details you select in the questionnaire will appear in the novel exactly
as entered.
